Information we collect
When you continue with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile image. We also store session, plan and subscription information needed to keep you signed in and determine which features are available.
Payment information
Card details are entered on Stripe-hosted pages and never reach our servers. Stripe provides us with the plan, payment status, customer and subscription identifiers required to maintain your account.
Resume content
The illustrative resume editor and waiting queue on this site do not upload or permanently store the text entered into the demonstration fields.
Cookies and sessions
We use secure authentication cookies to keep you signed in. These cookies are required for account access and cannot be disabled while using a signed-in session.
How information is used
We use account data to authenticate you, provide subscription access, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, process payments and communicate about your account.
Service providers
Google provides authentication. Stripe provides billing and payment processing. Infrastructure providers host the application and database. Each provider processes information under its own privacy terms.
Retention and security
Account and billing records are retained only as long as needed for service, legal and fraud-prevention purposes. Access is limited to systems that require it, and secrets are stored outside source control.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of your account information by contacting us. Some billing records may need to be retained where required by law.
