The service
AI Resume provides resume-writing guidance, templates and subscription access to career tools. AI Resume is an independent service and is not affiliated with Resume Now or any employer, review platform or brand shown in general career content.
Accounts
You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter a subscription agreement and must provide accurate account information.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Monthly plans renew each month and annual plans renew each year until canceled. Prices are charged in US dollars and displayed before payment. Local taxes may apply where required.
Canceling
You can cancel through the billing portal associated with your Stripe subscription. Access continues through the period you have already paid unless your plan states otherwise.
Availability
The service and processing queue can experience delays while capacity is adjusted. We may change, suspend or improve features to keep the service available and secure.
Acceptable use
Do not use AI Resume to break the law, infringe intellectual property, gain unauthorized access, disrupt the service, scrape private data or misrepresent another person’s experience or identity.
Your content
You are responsible for the information you enter and for confirming that your resume, cover letter and application materials are accurate. You retain the rights you hold in your own content.

Career tools can improve presentation but cannot guarantee interviews, employment or a particular hiring outcome. The service is provided as available without an employment or legal guarantee.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes apply after they are published on this page.
